The distribution of SPHP perum Bulog is carried out through various official distribution channels, such as: retail sellers in the people’s market, state food kiosks, the regional government through cheap foods for food (GPM) and village/Kelurakhan red and white cooperatives (which began this year, officially participating to expand the distribution range).
In accordance with the decree of the head of the Bapanas No. 215 of 2025, regarding the technical guides to introduce SPHP, there are technical provisions that must obey the distribution partners, including: it is prohibited in mixing the SPHP rice with other types, the maximum purchase of consumers: 2 PAK or 10 KG, SPHP Rice, not subject to receipt so that they are not re -equipped, and for 50 kg. Spring prices for SPHP rice from the Bulog warehouse to distribution partners are determined as follows: RP. 11 000/kg: Java, Lampung, South Sumatra, Bali, NTB and Sulawesi. Then 11,300 rupees/kg: Sumatra (except Lepung and South Sumatra), NTT and Kalimantan. The last rupees are 11 600/kg: Malyuku and Papua.
People can buy SPHP rice in accordance with the medium rice government. For violations such as sales above HET, the government will be taken by firm actions along with the target of the National Police Food.
Perum Bulog emphasized that the SPHP program is carried out with the principles of efficiency, transparency and accountability. In addition, they support the principle of good corporate governance and continue to open space for cooperation with various parties, such as local authorities, target group and community.
This mandate is a tangible manifestation of the Bulog Perum obligation to maintain national food security through the control price and affordable availability of rice for all levels of society.
