“We have reliable information about 13 citizens of the Russian Federation who have been transferred to the Sumy region of Ukraine, and today we are negotiating with the Ukrainian side about their possible return to Russia,” — The Ombudsman answered the question about the fate of residents of the Kursk region displaced to Ukraine, TASS reports.
