Police have investigated information posted on social media about a teenager’s wedding in the Imishli district.
Oku.Az reports that the Ministry of the Interior (MIA) published information.
It was reported that employees of the Imishli District Police Department took all necessary measures. During the investigation it was revealed that the girl is 17 years old. Police officers and officials of the executive branch held explanatory talks with the parents of the boy and the girl, and informed them of the illegality of the aforementioned case.
The planned wedding has been postponed.
