A 2-year-old minor died this Tuesday after her father left her forgotten in the car parked on the street in the city of Castellón, according to national police sources.
The man was supposed to take the girl to daycare in the morning, but he went to work and forgot that the minor was in the car, where she remained alone for several hours until she was found dead around noon, when he returned to the vehicle.
The national police have opened an investigation to elucidate this event, the details of which are currently unknown.
