A 20-year-old man was seriously injured on Saturday afternoon after suffering a accident on Ugarrandia Avenue in Huarte.
The Emergency Management Center SOS Navarre was informed of the accident on Saturday at 4:51 p.m. and mobilized to the scene of the incident an advanced resuscitation ambulance (medicalized), a medical team on duty from Huarte and patrols from the Municipal Police of Huarte and the Statutory Police.
The accident occurred when the man was hit by a car while riding a scooter near number 11 Ugarrandia Avenue, in Huarte.
The wounded man is a man 20 years old who suffers from a Traumatic brain injury (TBI) and was transferred to the University Hospital of Navarra in the advanced resuscitation ambulance, where he was admitted with serious prognosis.
The foral police officers are investigating the causes and dynamics of the incident.
