Code M is an Indian drama web series created and produced by Juggernaut Productions for ALT Balaji and ZEE 5. The eight-episode series that released on the 15th of January is crisp and cracking. The series mainly revolves around the Indian army. Director Akshay Choubey has drafted a great plot, and his artists have painted it quite well.
After successfully winning accolades from audience and critics, for Code M, ALT Balaji and ZEE 5 gear up for the second season of the military drama.
Jennifer Winget makes her official debut on the small screen by portraying the role of Monica Mehra, an army lawyer and a bride-to-be for whom duty comes first. She investigates the encounter of two terrorists and an army man. But after searching layers of the case, she seems the terrorists as much as a victim as the army man. Jennifer shines through an unconventional role of a lawyer who refuses to believe the facts served on her platter or trust people on face value.
Release Date Of season 2:
Ekta Kapoor, along with Tarun Katial, announced the second season of Jennifer Winget and Tanuj Virwani starrer Code M and the start of shooting date end of March for Riddhi Dogra and Monica Dogra starrer A Married Woman, a new web series based on Manju Kapur’s novel. The official release date is yet to revealed.
As mentioned earlier, Jennifer Winget plays the role of Monica Mehra, who is an army lawyer. Tanuj Virwani plays the role of Legal Council Angad Sandhu, who is also the ex-boyfriend of Monica. Rajat Kapoor portrays the role of Suryaveer Chauhan, a crusty old colonel.
