A fire in a well-known squatted building in Madrid, located at number 3 Lola Flores Street, in the San Blas neighborhood, caused the death of a 25-year-old woman who lived as a squatter in the building. The possible origin of the flames would be a breakdown of the diesel generator that the squatters had in the building.
Sources from Samur-Protection Civile assure that the woman died as a result of inhaling carbon monoxide.
