The National Police arrested a 29-year-old Tunisian for the stabbing murder of a 26-year-old in a doorway in the San Blas neighborhood (Madrid). The attacker stabbed the victim in the armpit with a bottle until he bled.
The attack took place this Tuesday around 5 am, under the porch of a building located on the corner of Francisco Íñiguez Almech and Herencia streets, reported Urgences Madrid. There, according to initial investigations, a group of people started an argument of unknown origin, which led to a fight.
During the fight, the victim, who was accompanied by two friends, was stabbed with a glass bottle in the armpit, hitting his brachial artery, causing massive bleeding.
The first to arrive at the scene of the incident was a patrol car from the San Blas National Police Station. The officers applied a tourniquet and began resuscitation, with specialists from Samur-Civil Protection continuing the work.
Eventually, the young man died on the spot and the police managed to arrest the alleged attacker nearby, thanks to statements from the victim’s friends. The person arrested for this murder is a 29-year-old Tunisian.
