“Unfortunately, in some constituencies circumstances were revealed which prevented the voters from carrying out their will. That is why we had to cancel the results of these constituencies.”
Oku.Az According to reports, Rovzat Gasimov, Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), said this at today’s meeting.
According to him, the polls whose results were annulled are:
“No. 12 of the 2nd Khazar electoral district, No. 13, No. 25 of the 1st Yasamal electoral district, No. 15, No. 15 of the Narimanov-Nizami-Binagadi electoral district No. 18, No. 1 of the 2nd Surakhani electoral district No. 31, No. 13 of the 1st Ganja electoral district No. 38, No. 41 of the Ganja-Samukh-Goranboy electoral district No. 38, 1st Absheron electoral district No. 48, No. 4, 5, 9, Yevlakh electoral district No. 52, No. 2, 8, Lerik-Astara electoral district No. 80, No. 88, No. 82 Imishli-Saatli polling station No. 41, 42, 44, 45, No. 104 of Gadabey electoral district and No. 21 of Aghdam electoral district No. 119.”
At the meeting, it was reported that the district electoral commissions of a total of 35 polling stations were dismissed due to deficiencies in their activities.
