About 400 guests were evacuated due to the flooding of the first floor of a five-star hotel in the Turkish city of Manavgat (Antalya province) as a result of heavy rains.

According to the Ministry, yellow and orange weather warnings have been announced in 44 of Türkiye’s 81 provinces since Saturday. Stormy weather, strong winds and snow are expected in some places in the areas of the Marmara, Aegean and Mediterranean seas, in the Black Sea provinces and in the central regions of Turkey. The bad weather conditions will be accompanied by a drop in temperature of 10 degrees in some regions.
