A man and a woman, aged 79 and 76, were also injured in the incident.
A 44-year-old driver who was driving a truck died this Friday afternoon in a road accident that occurred at kilometer 13.4 of the M-221 highway, in the municipality of Carabaña, according to sources from Emergency 112 Community of Madrid.
The truck overturned at that time on the road for reasons which are under investigation by the Civil Guard and, eventually, it began to burn.

Firefighters from the Community of Madrid extinguished the fire in the truck and rescued the driver’s body from inside the cabin.
A passenger car was also involved in the accident. The Summa 112 health team treated the occupants of the car, a man and a woman, aged 79 and 76, and transported them to hospital, with several bruises and a mild prognosis.
