This was identified directly by the Minister of Health Budy Gunadi Sadikin at a working meeting with the Commission of the House of Representatives of the IX in the parliamentary complex, Senoyan, Jakarta, on Wednesday (2/7/2025).

In his presentation, the Minister of Health showed that most complaints led to serious influence. In total, 24 cases caused the death of the patient, including 13 cases that occurred in 2025.
In addition, the Ministry of Health also recorded 10 cases of infection or complications, 8 cases of errors in a medical or administrative procedure, 7 cases that cause defects or serious injuries, as well as 2 cases associated with information disputes or dissatisfaction of the patient.
“These are examples of cases that introduced both social networks and direct complaints,” he said.
