The Bolivian public prosecutor’s office, through the office specialized in juvenile delinquencies, announced on Tuesday the arrest in the city of Holy Cross of a 58-year-old Spanish citizen who is under investigation for rape and child pornography.
“Today the operation and search of the scene of the incident was carried out, proceeding to the arrest of the Spanish citizen Jose LSSwho resides in Santa Cruz de la Sierra for about eleven years. Equipment and instruments intended for the commission of the criminal act were found,” explained the director of the Specialized Prosecution, Alejandra Rocha, during a press conference.
Among the seized items are digital cameras and video cameras of different brands, mobile devices“among other materials which will be analyzed”.
Likewise, the authorities saved a seven year old girlwho would be the stepdaughter of the person investigated and who would have been the victim of various sexual assaults by the subject since the age of three, since she appeared in some of the videos.
