89 people, including seven children, were taken out of the Lugansk area, which was subject to rocket fire by militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was announced today, October 29, by the acting head of the city, Yana Pashchenko.
“Luhansk residents living in the area affected by today’s attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been temporarily evacuated. A total of 89 people, including seven children, were transported to safe areas.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Civilians are housed with their families or in temporary accommodation centers.
Currently, specialists inspect residential buildings and social facilities closest to the epicenter, and also continue to collect dangerous missile components.
“The admission of emergency equipment and the assessment of the damage caused will be carried out only after the work of the engineering units has been carried out.” — explained Pashchenko.
