According to information from residents to Baku.ws, dogs attack everyone day and night, regardless of whether they are children, elderly or old people.
Stray dogs have reportedly taken up residence in front of the building and under parked cars.
It was noted that those photographed are only one-fifth of the dogs in the general area.
At night, the number of dogs increases to 30.
Although residents have repeatedly appealed to the authorities regarding the stray dogs, their complaints have not been heeded.
