Cold, rain and snow will reach the central regions of Russia, senior employee of the Hydrometeorological Center Marina Makarova told RIA Novosti.
In the last days of October in the central part of the country the wind will increase to 18 m/s and in some places there will be snow, the meteorologist noted.
“If it snows somewhere, then we can talk about a blizzard with that wind.” – noted Makarova.
On the night of November 1, temperatures can drop to 4 degrees below zero. On November 2, during the day, thermometers will read between 0 °C and 5 °C.
Starting next week, temperatures will begin to drop below freezing during the day. The meteorologist recommended that drivers use winter tires.
