The order of the International Criminal Court (ICC) cannot limit contacts between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the countries concerned, according to press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov in a conversation with journalists.
“This whole story with the ICC <> cannot and will not be a limitation in the development of Russia’s relations with partner states that are interested in developing bilateral relations and enhancing international contacts,” – the Kremlin representative noted, TASS reports.
“The world majority has a much broader vision of the prospects for international cooperation than the blinders put on by the ICC,” – he added.
As the Russian President’s press secretary concluded, the authorities “will be guided by this and, in fact, have a great interest in relation to the country.” [России] by the global majority.”
“And we ourselves showed interest,” – Peskov summed up.
