“Artificial intelligence will be implemented on the Mygov platform later this year to facilitate communication between citizens and the government.”
This was stated by Shahin Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Digital Innovation and Development Agency (IRIA), at the international event “Paperless Government: Digitalization and its Impact on the Environment,” AZERTAC reports.
“In this way, citizens will be able to send their questions to the government in writing (in text form) or by voice using artificial intelligence. Work in this direction is actively continuing. It is expected to be completed by the end of the year,” said Sh. Aliyev.
