The State Examination Centre (SEC) has announced the results of the competition held for admission to vacant places in the plan of specialized secondary education institutions on the basis of general secondary education (9 years) for the academic year 2024/2025.
Oku.Az reports that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published information on this matter.
Applicants can find out the results of the competition on the website of the Ministry of Education and Culture or through mobile operators (“Azercell”, “Bakcell”, “Nar”, “Naxtel”) by sending the “business number” to the number “7727”.
2904 applicants submitted applications to participate in the competition. Of these, 1441 applicants were admitted to specialized secondary education institutions.
The list of accepted applicants will be published in a special issue of the journal “Abituriyent”. The electronic version of the special issue of the journal can be purchased from September 5 in the “Electronic Services” section of the SID website by paying through the service “Online sale of electronic versions of SID publications” (Link to the service:
Applicants admitted to vacant places in secondary vocational education institutions must register on the portal.edu.az platform from September 10 to 17 (until 18:00) and after entering the created office, among the services provided, “Higher and secondary vocational education” must select the “Student registration” service. Failure to register within the specified period will be regarded as the applicant’s refusal to be placed in the corresponding specialty and his/her admission order will not be sent to the secondary vocational education institution.
