In the end, both countries – which control the climate protection, and which, which pays for it, is still successfully in its climatic balance – as a result of which the rules for the transparency of the Parisian global climate agreement should at least largely prevent such double calculations.
Turning: the whole world should quickly become climatic if humanity wants to have enough habitat on Earth. Games and balance tricks delay this. If the rich EU countries want to finance climate protection in the poor states, then they are already engaged! This is true, in the end, Europe is one of the regions that are historically responsible for the climatic crisis.
In addition, Europe is also beneficial if the heating of the ears is more limited. The EU should rather achieve his own climatic goal alone.
