JAKARTA – Director of the Indonesian Hospital in Gaza, doctor. Marvan al-Sultan died with his family members in Israeli air strikes, which fell into his residence in the Tal al-Khava area, southwest of the city of gas on Wednesday (7/7/2025).
“With deep sadness, I transmit the heartbreaking news about the fall of Dr. Marvan Sultan and his family after a direct attack on their house,” said local Mer-C volunteers, quoting the Mer-C Instagram account.
“Our hearts are filled with sadness, and words cannot express the magnitude of this loss. Let Allah bless their souls, gives them the best place in heaven and ensure stamina to everyone who knows and loves them, ”he said.

It is known that Dr. Marvan al-Sultan is a very devoted figure in health care services for residents of Gaza, especially for a long crisis period of humanitarian. His departure has left deeply sadness not only for colleagues, but for patients and the entire gas community who knew him.
