On November 2, the National Central Bureau of Interpol in the Republic of Azerbaijan issued an international search for fraud, bribery, falsification of documents and organization of illegal migration (articles 178.3.1, 29, 178.3.1, 320.1, 320.2, 32.4 , 312.2, 29, article 318-1.2.1) Allahverdi Mammadov, accused of causing great harm to several people, was located and arrested in Germany.
Oku.Az reports that the Ministry of Justice was informed about this.
It was noted that at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office on the extradition of this person and the presentation of the required documents in accordance with international procedures by the Ministry of Justice, A. Mammadov was brought to our country from Germany by the responsible employees. from the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry and the Penitentiary Service and, according to the judicial arrest decision, he was placed in the Baku Research Detention Center. The Ministry continues to take the necessary measures in this area.
