The US Treasury Department has imposed sanctions on RT TV channel editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan and her deputies Anton Anisimov and Yelizaveta Brodskaya.
Oku.Az RBC reports that this is stated in the ministry’s written statement.
In addition, RT news service deputy director Andrei Kiashko, head of the digital media projects department Konstantin Kalashnikov and employee of the digital media projects department Yelena Afanasyeva were also blacklisted.
