An earthquake of magnitude 2.7 recorded this Wednesday afternoon in Alfafara (Alicante) caused the collapse of a House and only material damage in the neighboring municipality of Ontinyentin the province of Valencia.
The earthquake, which occurred at 6:41 p.m., was located at a latitude of 38.7897 and a longitude of -0.5363 and had a depth of eight kilometers, as reported by the Geographic Institute National seismology.
The Coordination Center EMERGENCIES The Generalitat reported that 112 had received two calls linked to the earthquake and which caused this incident. Specifically, the collapse occurred inside an uninhabited house on Maians Street, without causing any injuries, according to municipal sources.
