In Minsk, a set of documents related to cooperation between Belarus with Libya were signed. This was reported in the press service of the Belarusian government after a visit to the Republic of the government delegation in this country.
According to reports, a multi -administration agreement has been signed on industry intentions, which is a memorandum of mutual understanding to develop cooperation in the field of agriculture. The two parties also agreed to develop communications in the field of social, science and education. In addition, an agreement was reached to expand bilateral interaction in the field of medicine – the head of relevant departments in Belarus and Libya signed the corresponding events plan.
In addition to everything, during the Libyan government delegation’s visit to Minsk, negotiations were held to create a warning and clearance system in emergency situations in Benghazi – the parties placed signatures under the protocol on the intention. A meeting was also held by the Libyan delegation with the Prime Minister of Belarus Alexander Torchin.
“I am sure that the event today will give a serious driving strength to further interact between Belarus and Libya.” The Prime Minister said after the results of the meeting.
The Prime Minister of the Belarusian government also indicated that the promising fields of cooperation between Belarus and Libya are agriculture, industry, medicine and education, as well as eliminating the consequences of emergency situations.
I remember that Belarus has been under the pressure of sanctions in the West since 2020. In this regard, Minsk expands cooperation with friendly countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
