THE Civil Guard of Navarre recently dismantled a criminal group dedicated to cell phone theft In parcel companies and its subsequent sale in phone stores.
Specifically, as reported by the Civil Guard, a 48-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman, both residents of Torreviejaas alleged perpetrators of a continuous offence of theft with force and offence of belonging to a criminal groupA third person, a 72-year-old woman residing in Torrevieja, was investigated for the crime of belonging to the same group.

THE Operation “Banaketa”‘, carried out by the property crimes sector of the organic unit of the judicial police, which allowed the dismantling of this group that had been operating for almost two years, began with the complaint from a courier company in Navarre, which suffered several thefts in which 25 mobile phones were stolen.
