Judge Adolfo Carretero summoned to testify Elisa Mouliaá on November 7, after having assumed the investigation of the complaint that the actress filed, for alleged sexual offenses, against the now former deputy Iñigo Errejón.
This is what judicial sources indicate to EL ESPAÑOL, who also reveal that the magistrate will take the politician’s statement, as investigated, only five days later: on the 12th of this month.
At the end of October, Errejón resigned as Sumar’s spokesperson in Congress and handed in his deputy certificate, after several anonymous testimonies who accused him of having behaved inappropriately with women.
En una críptica carta abierta, publicada en su Twitter cuando las acusaciones de violencia sexual se ceñían a decenas de tuits y rumores, el dirigente explicó que, hace ya un tiempo, llegó “al límite de la contradicción entre el personaje y la persona”.
Pocas horas después, una vez ya había dimitido Errejón, Mouliaá presentó, en una céntrica comisaría de Madrid, una denuncia ante la Unidad de Familia y Mujer (UFAM) de la Policía Nacional.
“Cerró el pestillo”
Como publicó EL ESPAÑOL, en ella se relata que una tarde de finales de septiembre del año 2021, Errejón y la actriz acudieron a una fiesta en casa de una amiga de la intérprete.
Allí, a instancias del político, que cogió a Mouliaá del brazo, entraron en una habitación de la vivienda y el dirigente cerró el pestillo de la puerta “para impedir que la denunciante pudiera escapar”.
Dentro de la estancia, habría comenzado a tocarla y besar distintas partes de su cuerpo. Sobre todo, los pechos y los glúteos. No obstante, la actriz no pudo concretar ante la Policía si fue por debajo o por encima de la ropa, “aunque recuerda que le llegó a quitar el sujetador al tiempo que le decía frases lascivas“. “Todos estos hechos ocurrieron sin consentimiento de la declarante”, subraya la denuncia.

The complainant remembers that she felt paralyzed and that she had not consented to anything that was happening,” the police gathered based on the testimony of the young woman.

According to what Mouliaá told UFAM, the two met during the presentation of a book written by the politician, after a year of conversation on the Instagram application and, later, on Telegram.
The complaint states that after the party, under pressure from the politician, they went to his house. There, the interpreter would have informed Errejón that she felt very uncomfortable with the politician’s insistence and that she was worried about the state of health of her daughter, who was ill, then, finally, he would have blurted out: “Íñigo, only yes means yes. It seems incredible that this is happening to me with you”.
