In conclusion, in several companies whose names have not been identified and, in some cases, employment contracts have already been terminated, in 14 companies an administrative fine was imposed as a disciplinary measure under the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses. . In several cases, the activities of the persons whose activities were discovered in these companies were terminated and, in general, all company managements were warned in this regard. Investigations were not carried out in institutions that were not under the authority of the Center and in cases where information was incomplete (or unclear). The matter is under constant control. If there are new facts, control measures will be taken,” the response states.
