The Chinese brand Farizon lands on the Spanish market. Salvador Caetano will be the official distributor of the Chinese group’s electric utility vehicles Geely in Spain and Portugal. The official launch will take place at the end of 2024 and will feature the SuperVAN campervan with bi-directional charging technology and power of up to 10 kW at 220 volts.
“The innovative features and potential of the Farizon SuperVAN make it a revolutionary model in the Portuguese and Spanish light commercial vehicle markets,” said Salvador Caetano Auto, Board Member and CEO of Global Automotive Distribution, Sergio Ribeiro.
For his part, the general director of Farizon International Marketing Company, Cook Xuestressed the importance of the collaboration as it will accelerate automotive distribution in the Iberian Peninsula, which, according to him, demonstrates “Farizon’s commitment to establishing itself as a major player in the European market.”
The company’s goal is not only to export vehicles from China, but also, as customer demand increases, create development centersfactories and branches operating in the various local markets.
