Abascal criticized the president of the government, Pedro Sánchez, whom he described as “autocrat drowned in political corruption” which aims to threaten the wealth and prosperity of the Spanish people. “I don’t know where you see Lamborghinis, I don’t see them anywhere, you have to hang out with the privileged. There are Lamborghinis in the countryside, many tractors use these engines,” said Abascal in reference to the head of the executive’s remarks where he announced more taxes for the richest and “more public transport and fewer Lamborghinis.”
Abascal assured that Sánchez’s strategy was attack prosperity “Creating a completely dependent and enslaved society that only thinks about eating and does not need freedom.” In this sense, he said that what interests socialism is not attacking the rich but rather the wealth of nations, for which both the poor and the rich are threatened. “Sánchez has become a thief of our prosperity, a thief of the wealth of the Spanish people and a thief of freedoms,” he stressed.
During his speech, in which he also introduced the Argentine president, praising his work as a leader who gave hope to millions of people after his “crushing” victory against socialism in Argentina, Abascal took the opportunity to talk about fraud in Venezuela. “The tyrant responded as tyrants respond: with repression, arrests and crimes. “He was emboldened to the point of ordering the arrest of the winner of the elections, Edmundo González Urrutia,” denounced Abascal, who also criticized the fact that the passivity of nations produced this emboldening. “We have a duty to stick together, to be really firm and to speak only the truth about what happened in Venezuela,” he said.
