Those arrested in Jérica are accused of the crime of negligent homicide and an investigation is being opened by the Civil Guard.
The Civil Guard reported this Thursday the detention on August 19th two men for his alleged involvement in death from another near a bar Jerica (Castellón).
According to sources from the armed institute, the detainees are accused of a crime of homicidereckless.
Officers have opened an investigation to clarify the circumstances surrounding the death of a person near the establishment on the night of Monday 12 August to Tuesday 13 August.
A medical team went to the scene. SAMU who performed advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers on the victim, but there was no response and health personnel confirmed the death, as explained by the Emergency Information and Coordination Center (CICU).
