The Secretary General of the PSOE-M, Juan Lobatocriticized on Thursday the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, for calling on the PP barons not to participate in the cycle of bilateral meetings with Pedro Sánchez. “It does not seem to me tolerable not to attend the meetings with the president of the Spanish government (…) We must react and show our face and leave, without a doubt,” suggested the leader of the Madrid socialists.
This was stated by Lobato from the Real Casa de Correos, where she met this afternoon with the regional president. Lobato is the second spokesperson for the regional political groups who met with the baroness this Thursday. The first was with Rocío Monasterio (Vox).
In a press conference after the meeting, Lobato acknowledged having discussed with Ayuso the statements that the popular woman made this Thursday morning at a political event of the Madrid PP in Arganda del Rey. “What does it mean to mount rebellions against the institutions of a country?” he asked.
