Social Policy Institute sues Vita mayor for condoning pedophilia

The Institute for Social Policy (IPSE) presented a trial against the mayor of Vita (Avila), Antonio Martín, for the alleged crime of apology for pedophilia and the crime of incitement to hatred for the song with this content during local festivities.

This is what he states in the document presented to the Court of Instruction of Ávila regarding the alleged commission of a crime of apology of pedophilia included in the Penal Code and a crime of hate speechin an initiative he published on his social network account X, reports Ical.

He explains as facts that on August 25, as part of the Vita festivities, the accused, as mayor, publicly performed songs “whose lyrics contained expressions that allude to and encourage sexual behavior towards minors“.

His performance was reflected in at least one video, which was “widely” distributed on social networkss and media, manifests this entity, which reproduces verbatim a paragraph of the song pronounced by the councilor of this city of Avila.

The Institute of Social Policy (IPSE) is a “international civic body” with special consultative status with the United Nations ECOSOC which “seeks to address the most pressing social problems,” as the entity describes it on its website.
