People’s Artist of Russia Alexander Pashutin has commented on the news about the loss of an apartment in Finland due to non-payment of utility bills. The actor believes that the difficulties that Europeans are trying to create for him are not significant, he told the aif.ru portal.
“Oh, what difficulties! I beg you. Let us see what happens next. Wait and see,” — the actor responded calmly.
However, his attitude towards this situation is quite harsh.
“You see, they are bastards! We have no friends, we are all enemies. And about Finland… They want us to go there with tanks? They are idiots.” – said Pashutin.
According to the artist, the Finnish authorities are acting to the detriment of their economy. This Finnish resort town of Punkaharju was needed only by Russians: “The Alps, Italy, Switzerland, they will not go to this Chukhon.” At the same time, he noted that the Finns still have a great attitude towards Russians.
“When we bought property there, everything cost very little money. With the money we used to buy apartments there, you can only buy us a bathroom in the Moscow region. That’s why we bought it there.” — Pashutin explained his decision to buy a property.
As reported EADailyEarlier, Life portal learned that several Russian artists lost their apartments in Finland.
In particular, the People’s Artist of the RSFSR had problems with Finnish apartments in the resort town of Punkaharju. Lidia Fedoseeva-Shukshinaactresses Elena Kondulainen and People’s Artist of Russia Alexandra PashutinaThey owned apartments in the same building until the fall of 2023.
The management company of the house went bankrupt, so the apartments were seized, as in Finland the owners of the houses are management companies and the residents only own shares that give them the right to use the premises. To get their property back, the artists will have to buy shares in a new management company, if one appears. However, local law does not provide for any compensation for the loss of real estate.
