An unusual service has emerged in Japan, known for its respect for older people. Tourists and local residents can now rent pensioners to spend time together.
Oku.Az“Sliva/Irkutsk” referring to the “Telegram” channel, the new service called “Ossan Rental” is rapidly gaining popularity in the country.
The ad says it is possible to find a partner with rich life experience for a fee of 1,000 yen (about 12 manats) per hour.
“Seniors will be happy to join you fishing, shopping or exercising, and share their wisdom and life stories,” the ad emphasizes.
This service is said to solve two problems at once: bored retirees value their free time and earn additional income, while tourists and locals gain a unique communication experience that cannot be compared to that of guides.
