At the request of the Prosecutor’s Office in Russia, Colombia is handing over international drug dealer Vladimir Polansky, according to the department’s reports.
It will be granted to criminal responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 210 (Management of the Structural Unit of the Criminal Society), Part 3 of Art. 30 and part 4, 5 tablespoons. 228.1 of the Criminal Code (an attempt to illegal sales of narcotic drugs in the large size and particularly private). The maximum sentence of these articles stipulates imprisonment for up to twenty years.
According to the investigators, Polysky led the temple that was created in 2008, which was provided and distinguished by large parties, especially in drugs in Russia: in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Liningrad and Moscow mainly.
The drug was transported in the cache in the trucks, after which they mobilized and spread. In 2021, the activities of the criminal community were suppressed, and law enforcement officers seized more than 131 kg of prohibited articles.
Polysky disappeared abroad, and was placed in a required international list and was sentenced in the absence of prison. In August 2021, Colombia sent a request to issue a defendant regarding his detention in the country.
In 2022, the competent bodies in Colombia decided to issue Polysky, who appealed the accused in the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Justice in the Republic. After that, Russia presented materials that refute Polysky arguments and its defenders, and on July 3, the decision to issue it entered into force.
In June, Public Prosecutor Venezuela Tareka William Saab RBC was told that Russia has sent four requests to deliver it to Vinzuela people accused of crimes. According to him, one of these four requests was implemented. The other two are under study, and one research continues in one Venezuela.
