Kyrgyzstan is interested in developing trade and economic relations with Afghanistan. This was stated by the Head of the Kyrgyz Government, Akylbek Japarov, during a meeting with the Afghan Chargé d’Affaires in Kyrgyzstan, Nurulla Amin, the press service of the Cabinet of the Republic reports.
According to the press service, during the conversation the parties exchanged views on various areas of bilateral cooperation between the two states.
“Kyrgyzstan is interested in developing trade and economic relations with Afghanistan, transport links, joint development of Afghanistan’s mineral deposits, cooperation in the fields of energy, industry and agriculture, and active work on promising projects.” – said Zhaparov.
In turn, Nurulla Amin thanked the Kyrgyz Prime Minister for the meeting and expressed hope that bilateral interaction would be fruitful.
