In recent days, the number of people acting unethically in public places has increased. Several videos have been circulated about the situation we mentioned. There has already been serious concern about this in society.
But what is the origin of this trend? What are the factors that lead to the emergence of this form of behaviour?

L. Mustafayeva noted that people who are aggressive, cunning, thieving, cruel to people and animals, sexually and physically violent, are often prone to other mental health problems or cognitive disorders:
“For example, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism, self-harm, substance abuse, depression or anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, mental retardation, sociopathy, and more.
According to statistics, about 3% of school-aged children suffer from conduct disorders. Moreover, boys suffer more than girls. A child’s abnormal or unethical behavior leads to strained relationships with parents, teachers, and peers. Such children study poorly at school and skip classes. As a result, they are often reprimanded by teachers. Children of this type are constantly in conflict with others and show cruelty.
Inappropriate behavior in adolescents is characterized by decreased school performance, addiction to psychoactive substances and alcoholic beverages, running away from home, and early sexual relationships. Adolescents with conduct disorder often have multiple sexual partners. They become victims of sexually transmitted diseases.
The expert said that the exact reason for people’s unethical behavior is unknown:
“But biological, genetic, environmental, psychological and social disorders are factors that cause it.
In people with inappropriate behavior, the following problems come to the fore:
– Personal and family conflicts;
– Unemployment, decline in socioeconomic standard of living;
– Perform foolish and dangerous actions;
– Perform sexual acts against others;
– Mental disorders (including personality disorder);
– Spread of lesions, infections;
– Drug and alcohol addiction;
– Suicide.
The consequences of inappropriate behaviour are therefore not as certain as they may seem at first glance. Maladaptive behaviour can be a symptom of many other mental disorders, from schizophrenia to sociopathy. These signs negatively affect almost all areas of human life.

Inappropriate people pose a great threat to their families and society. For this, it is necessary to intervene in time.”
Lawyer Emil Aslanov expressed these views on the legal aspects of the issue:
“According to Article 153.1 of the Criminal Code (CM), the commission of immoral acts against a person under 16 years of age without force, as well as forcing him or her to observe acts of sexual violence or sexual activity, depriving him or her of the right to hold a certain position or carry out a certain activity for a period of up to three years will be punished with deprivation of liberty for a period of up to three years.
153.2 of the CM. The article establishes that if the same acts are committed against a person under fourteen years of age, they will be punished with deprivation of liberty for a period of two to five years, with or without deprivation of the right to hold a certain position or exercise a certain activity for a period of up to three years.
But unethical actions against people of the age I mentioned do not generate any criminal liability.”
