The “Report” reports that these words were spoken by Vice President of the Constitutional Court of Turkey Basri Bağcı during the opening ceremony of the international conference “Law and Climate” held in Baku.
He said he was proud to be in Baku and address the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of this conference:
“The conference is an important step in the framework of the COP29 event to be held in Baku. The fact that Azerbaijan is hosting such an event is an indicator of the country’s confidence. Climate change is increasing in the world. Climate change was also the topic of the conference. meeting of the Union of Asian Constitutional Courts in recent months.”
