The price of the building auctioned in Baku has been reduced by 2.47 million manats.
According to Trend, the privately confiscated building located at 108 Abbasgulu Abbaszade Street, Sabail District, Baku, was resold for 22,232,700 manats.
In this regard, an auction will be held by the State Real Estate Service on September 26, 2024.
Prior to that, the building was put up for sale for 24.7 million manats on August 27, 2024. The building’s area is 18,972.2 square meters.
Individuals and legal entities wishing to participate in the auction can apply to the Real Estate Service Center to place an order for property for sale. Individuals and legal entities who have submitted orders and other necessary documents and paid a deposit of 10% of the initial sale price of the sold property can participate in the auctions. Orders are accepted at the Real Estate Service Center (Baku City, Nizami District, Khalil Rza Ulutürk Street, 20) no later than 3 working days before the auction.
It should be noted that the building belonged to the Oxford School of Baku.
