US labor market creates 142,000 jobs, above July figure

The American economy has generated 142,000 new nonfarm payrolls in August, a figure well above the 89,000 created in Julywhile the unemployment rate fell by a tenth, to 4.2%, as published this Friday by the Ministry of Labor.
