On Disney+ at the end of the month

Three intertwined stories
Kinds of Kindness is an anthology film directed by Yorgos Lanthimos. The film is composed of three different stories which explore the complexities of morality, cruelty and empathy in extreme situations. Each segment addresses different aspects of human nature, from power and control to the desperation of acceptance, all through the dark, satirical lens that characterizes Lanthimos’ work.
The stories are interwoven by common themes such as excessive ambition and ethical limitations, and are performed by a remarkable cast including Jesse Plemons, Emma Stone, Willem DafoeHong Chau and Margaret Qualley. The film maintains a dark and provocative tone, presenting unsettling scenarios that invite reflection on the nature of good and evil.
