In this way, Rubio defended that if now, after the abstention of the PSOE, the President of the Council, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, does not want to show that he is a president who “lies” tomorrow, he will have to approve the project in the framework of the Governing Council of the budget law to “start negotiating”.
