Banyuwangi – National Transport Security Committee (NTSC) began an investigation into the immersion of the ship KMP Tun Pratama Jaya In the Strait of Bali. Investigations include administrative letters management, licensing, maintenance, as a process of response to emergency situations on the ship.
NTSC Chairman Seajanto Tyakhjono said that the investigation began with the outgoing ship. Because when leaving there is a letter with the approval of sailing (SPB) from the authorities in this case the authority of the port.

He is also looking for evidence in the form of the feasibility of ships, completeness of documents and the administration of the ship, including performed maintenance, to how the process of implementing its emergency response foresees sea accidents.
