In the US state of Texas, at least 24 people were killed as a result of a flood caused by heavy rains. Among the dead are children. About this writes ABC news.
According to the New York Times, 25 other people were missing. ABC News reported that about 23 vacationers from Mystic camp, a Christian summer camp for girls in the area, have disappeared.
To save and evacuate the population, the helicopters and tactical military vehicles participated. In total, 237 emergency response service was saved. This was announced by the head of the National Guard of the State Thomas Solzer.
