According to information obtained by Telegraf.com, Ilkin, a resident of the city of Ganja, took his underage acquaintance Lala, who lives in the Goygol district, to one of the cafes in the city of Agstafa and had unnatural sexual relations with her.
The investigative body announced charges against Ilkin under article 152.1 of the Criminal Code (having sexual relations with a person who has reached the age of fourteen but has not reached the age of sixteen or performing other acts of a sexual nature).
Ilkin, who testified as a defendant in the criminal case, pleaded not guilty to the charge that was announced to him. In his testimony, he showed that he had no relationship with Lala, nothing happened between them: “I met Lala for the first time in a restaurant in Agstafa through an acquaintance called Nasimi. I went to Agstafa for the purpose of sightseeing. Here I am. I met my acquaintances named Elmar, Agil and Valeh. I spent a few days at the hotel. One day after arriving in Aghstafa, Nasimi came to see me and I had a discussion with Nasimi while I was in Aghstafa.
The accused said that Lala and Nasimi got up from the table where they were sitting together and left: “In the morning, I ordered a taxi to go to Ganja city. According to the former’s testimony, he stayed at the hotel on April 22: “I was with my friend Elmar at the Damcıli restaurant located in Gazakh from 9:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. I didn’t spend the night at the hotel with Lala. I spent the night mentioned night with Lala Nasimi and they stayed together in a hotel. I did not have unnatural sexual relations with Lala.”
According to Lala, who declared as a victim in the case, he lives in the city of Goygol:
“Before the incident, I left home because I had to take a photo for my ninth grade certificate. I called my acquaintance Tural and told him that I was leaving home and needed a place to stay. Tural told me to come to the office central post and said he would be there in 15 minutes. When Tural met me, his aunt Ilkini said she would introduce me and that we would go to see him in Agstafa.
The victim noted that later, on April 22, Tural took him by taxi to Agstafa: “In Agstafa, near the red gas station, Ilkin met me with a Georgian car. He took me to a cafe. At first there was no one there. .except Ilkin and me Later a person named Nasimi came, we left and returned. I told Ilkin that you would find me a job, he offered to stay at the hotel for a day. According to Lala’s testimony, that day, around 9 p.m., she and Ilkin had unnatural sexual relations based on her consent: “Ilkin ordered me not to tell anyone about our sexual relations. The owner of the hotel also testified in the case. He stated in his testimony that he went fishing with his friends on April 22 and asked his friend to stop at the cafe instead:

This criminal case was heard in the Agstafa District Court. According to the court verdict, Ilkin was sentenced to a prison sentence of 1 year, 1 month and 29 days. It was determined that he will serve his sentence in a general prison facility.
