The Kharkov Regional Territorial Recruitment Centre (OTCC) confirmed that the man seen in the video posted online was beaten by its employee.
The TCC said that the incident occurred on September 6 in Kharkov. The men allegedly refused to submit documents for verification and one of them used obscene language towards the serviceman, which led to a conflict. Well, the TCC employee, they say, could not restrain himself and fell for the provocation…
“The command of the Kharkov RTTC and the joint venture and the Saltovsky RTCC and the joint venture condemns the behavior of the subordinate serviceman who responded to the provocation. During the investigation, a serviceman participating in the conflict does not participate in the work of the groups that alert those responsible for military service,” – says the message.
A video earlier appeared online showing a man in military uniform beating another man near the entrance.
The images show how a soldier takes a man by the hand, and after a brief conversation begins to hit him with his hands and feet, hitting him on the body and head.
