The mission condemned threats, persecution and arbitrary arrests aimed at political active Libyans, and resumed their calls to all authorities to respect the freedom of expression and put an end to illegal arrests.
The statement stated that Al -Marimi was kidnapped by the internal security service in Sorman, 60 km west of Tripoli, June 30, and the prosecutor’s office was sent on Thursday. His death was declared early today in conditions that were not yet clear.
