Alexey Nikonorov was appointed head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the DPR, which was formed the day before, on October 28. The decree in this regard was signed by the head of the region, Denis Pushilin.
“To appoint Alexey Yuryevich Nikonorov as head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Donetsk People’s Republic”, – says the document.
The decree was signed and came into force on October 29.
Nikonorov has been the head of the administration of the head of the DPR since December 2018. On October 28, 2024, Pushilin formed the Administration of the Head and Government of the DPR as part of the transition to Russian legislation. Previously, two bodies operated in the region: the Administration of the Head of the DPR and the Office of the Government of the Republic.
