Chairman of the GBKP Marturia GBKP ALAM, Zetsplayrs Tarigan, said that the background of the inhabitants, when she would build a church, because he already had a building permit (IMB). It is known that IMB was released on March 4, 2025.
“Thus, based on IMB, we make laying the first stone,” said Tarigan, Saturday (5/7/2025).
Tarigan met on Thursday (3/7/2025) along with Camat, Lurah, LPM, RT2 Management and RT5 and RW3. There were several agreements at the meeting, namely the church would give land for environmental roads.
“This road is only 1.5 meters, but we have 3.5 meters, we want to abandon the road to the complex or residents,” Tarigan said.
The second agreement is associated with water channels or drainage. During this time, the disposal of waterways has entered the area of the church development plan.
“Right now throwing water into our land, we will make a channel. Well, at the age, we will build this church using the pole, even then, not to allow the floods of our citizens, ”Tarigan explained.
Not only did Tarigan continue, if the church was built, several areas in the church can be used for social activities, such as the celebration of Indonesia Independence Day. For a number of agreements, he became part of the agreement in the district department during the meeting.
“Now we transferred this to Mr. R.V., Mr. Vagino to transfer to our citizens,” Tarigan said.
At the mention of the absence of citizens’ participation in the socialization of church development, Tarigan rejected the prosecution. According to him, the church met with environmental management and was strengthened by documentation.
“Thus, when we have a meeting in the Sub -ristrict department, we submit all the documentation that we complied with all the requirements, also with residents, we cannot visit the inhabitants one after another, there are representatives, that is, RT and RW,” Tarigan said.
The target indicator, the problem was to be resolved during a joint meeting in the District Office of the Kurbong. Tarigan emphasized that the church development plan fulfilled a number of requirements, one of which was a community that reached 90 people.
“The Certificate of the Earth is already in the name of the Church, we have completed, and there are 60 agreements from residents, we fulfilled it,” Tarigan said.
From a number of these requirements, the Church received approval for the construction of the church from FKUB. With permission, the church introduced a permit for the construction of the City of the city in the DPMPTSP office.
“We will take care of the IMB in the PTSP office (DPMPTSP), and we finished working on it,” Tarigan said.
